Art of Addiction is a weekly drop-in class inspired by Nicole Daedone’s transformative book Art of Addiction, which reimagines addiction not as a pathology, but as a profound longing for connection, sensation, and truth. In this class, we explore addiction as a doorway to self-discovery—an invitation to uncover your strengths, your desires, and the intelligence behind your impulses. Through dialogue, reflective practices, and experiential exercises, we shift the addiction paradigm from shame and control to curiosity, compassion, and personal power. All are welcome—whether you’re in recovery, exploring your own patterns, or simply drawn to a deeper understanding of the human experience.
