“I’ve never read a book or took a course like this. They all felt so formulaic. There was something about even the title, The Art Of Soulmaking, that suggested I would learn something other than another rule to follow,
or get a boost of temporary motivation. My intuition was right. The Art of Soulmaking showed me basic tools to go within and truly get to experience an intimacy with myself and my life I’ve never had.”
— Yia V.
Little my little, I feel my life changing. I feel it in small moments, like when I stretch in the morning, when I greet the person making my coffee, when I get that much less agitated when sitting in traffic.
I have found a true, sturdy peace I have not known.
— Leah M.
I’ve learned to embrace the shadow side of my life. I used to reject all things dark, I would cut off parts of myself that I thought were ugly or bad.
I’ve learned to give them a voice, and as a result I feel more whole, I feel more of who I am supposed to be. I no longer feel like my life is compartmentalized.
— Matt S.

THE HIDDEN MASTER
T
mind is a powerful warden.
The body, our soul, our refuge and salvation, can often seem difficult to enter. Some of have left themselves so long ago, they forgot that home is with.
We continue to look for our own self-worth from the outside world, devoting our energy and talents to elicit someone, or something, to say, “Yes, you are good.” We live in a state of sinking, hopping from inflated life raft to life raft as people affirm our value.
Perhaps you have gown accustomed to hanging on to these rafts, to hearing the air slowly escape and the dark water slowly pulling you down.
When you’ve lost track of your innate goodness, everything you experience gets measured again, “Does this make me good or make me bad?” This is why we grasp at success and drown in failure.
In the hardest of times, how do we remember that what is inside of us is made of Good?

I want to know life biblically, the way a man knows a woman, the way a lover knows a beloved. I want to know the water by getting wet
Whether we dwell in a luxurious home, a modest apartment, a dorm or shelter, we are all equalized by the desire, the impulse, to break out of the clutter
into a clearer light of freedom, of creative expression, & love
We all want to feel lifted of the mental, emotional, and spiritual burdens in which we tend to find ourselves
